Dr Sylvia Nicholls is a GP who practices patient-centered care. She provides information to her patients about their health conditions. She is enthusiastic about life-long learning and lives having a yarn with patients. She sees patients of all ages and stages, with a particular focus on chronic disease and the health of older people.
With over 40 years of experience as a practitioner, Dr Wale embraces all aspects of general practice. Dr Wale is from Nigeria and speaks English and Yoruba fluently. Dr Wale has a special interest in:

Angela is a qualified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health, sexual health and hepatitis. Angela grew up and qualified as a nurse in New Zealand, prior to moving to Perth WA and completing her Masters to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Angela believes in delivering holistic medicine to ensure achievable outcomes for her patients.
Jennifer is a qualified Nurse Practitioner specialising in mental health. Jennifer has extensive mental health experience in the community, tertiary hospitals and emergency department settings working at Armadale, Bentley and Royal Perth hospitals. Jen grew up locally and continues to be a local member of the community.
Our Nurse Practitioners work collaboratively with our GP's, they can diagnose, prescribe, order tests and complete referrals. Jen is available for appointments relating to your mental wellbeing
Our nurses have extensive experience in chronic disease management, medical procedures, vaccines, infusions and much more.
Kate is our Associate Director overseeing the practice's strategic direction and implementing innovative models of care to improve patient outcomes. Kate is a qualified pharmacist with experience in General Practice, homeless health, Aboriginal Health and Aged Care. Kate also has a graduate certificate in diabetes management and a background in health innovation.
