Initiatives of Our Team at Pramana was well received and acknowledged by various Health Agencies in WA.
We took the challenge to Close The Gap in COVID vaccination & delivered much needed care to vulnerable members of our community.
We organised vaccination camps at our practice and undertook home visits to care and vaccinate community members who could not
travel for a range of reasons. We were able to deliver tangible community health benefits and drastically reduced wastage through our initiatives.
Our team was overwhelmed by the appreciation and participation of our community in “closing the gap”.
